I signed up for a free trial session this week and this is my first try at martial arts.
The coaches are super friendly and take time to explain to each student the technics if they didn't get it or aren't doing it right.
Everybody is having a good time even through the hard work and you will always see smiles on everyones faces.
I highly recommend for any beginners or advanced athletes out there.

This place is exploding with different content for your desire.
If you want to loose weight? They can help you with that. If you want to learn self discipline through martial arts, they can do that.
If you want to have more flexibility for yourself? No problem, they have that. This place overflows with excitement the second you walk into that gym.
Definitely worth it for the experience and everything that comes with it. 5 stars.
