THE ART OF FIGHTING
Mixed martial arts is a combat sport and self defense system that focuses on
combining grappling techniques with Striking techniques ensuring you are
ready for anything in or outside the ring/cage.
BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend
against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and
most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and
chokeholds to defeat the opponent.
Kickboxing/Muay Thai are striking systems involving the use of not only kicks
and punches but also makes use of elbows and knees to defeat an opponent.
